Day 00:
Arrive at Chennai airport where you will be met by our representative and transferred to the Sterling Mahabaipuram Resort. Overnight stay

Day 01:
After breakfast drive to Sterling Swamimalai Heritage Hotel. Upon arrival traditional welcome of the guests. After lunch local sightseeing of DHARASURAM and KUMBAKONAM Temple. Evening briefing about the coming days of rejuvenatation treatments and activities to come. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 02:
Early morning Asana and short meditation class. Consultation with the Ayurvedic doctor who will determine your health-constitution and subsequently suggest the treatments. Breakfast lunch and Dinner at the hotel.

Day 03 - Day 09: Your daily schedule will include the following: Morning practice of Asana and short meditation. Daily Ayurvedic massages and treatment suggested by the Doctor. Practice of Yoga Nidra/ Antar Mauna (Meditative Relaxation Technique) Cultural program in the evening. All three Ayurvedic Vegetarian meals.

Other activities during the stay at the resort besides daily treatments will include Visit to famous Rajan's school of Iconography ( bronze sculpture making ), visit to Brahadeeswara Temple , Sarafoji Palace and art gallery etc. Visit for Palm Leaf Astrology a special kind of interesting experience. Enjoy Bullock cart ride, Village Walk, Silk weaving demonstration, pottery making session, cookery demonstration and Ayurveda cooking lessons, Traditional Games, Bamboo weaving demonstration.

Day 10: Early morning drive to Ooty, the most exotic hill station in south of India, breakfast en-route. Upon arrival check into the resort. Lunch at the resort. Day at leisure to relax. Evening cultural program. Dinner and overnight stay at the resort. Day 11: After breakfast full day sightseeing of Ooty. Lunch at the hotel. Evening dinner along with campfire with dance and music. Day 12: After breakfast check-out from the hotel. Drive to Coimbatore. Upon arrival check into the hotel. Lunch at the hotel. Day free for personal activities. Overnight at the hotel. Day 13: Breakfast at the hotel. In time transfer to the airport to catch flight for Chennai. Upon arrival, half day city tour of Chennai. Lunch at the city restaurant. Farewell dinner at the restaurant. In time transfer to the airport to catch flight for onward/return flight back home. The starting point and the ending points of this tour will be Chennai airport.

Minimum group of 11 people.
