Day 00:
Arrive at Delhi Airport where you will be met by our representative
and transferred to the hotel, overnight stay at hotel.
Day 01:
In time transfer to the railway station to board Shatabdi
Exp. Train for Haridwar. Upon arrival transfer to Rishikesh
visiting famous Ghat of Haridwar. Check-in at the hotel. Welcome
drink on arrival followed by light snacks. Evening visit to
the bathing Ghats of holy river "Ganges" to witness spectacular
the evening prayers. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day 02:
Early wakeup. Your course will begin with performing "Ganesh
Puja" , to invoke positive energies before formally starting
the course. Inaugural lecture by Dr. Bhat. Explanation of
the topics to be covered during the course. Introduction with
other teachers. Distribution of the course content. Lunch
and dinner. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 03 to day 09 at Rishikesh.
Your daily schedule during the entire course will
be as follows:
Wake-up 5 AM
0600-0800: Practice of short Meditation, Pranayama
and Asana.
0800-0830: Breakfast.
0900-1100: Lectures by expert on Different Topics
of Ayurveda.
1100-1130: Tea Break.
1130-1330: Lectures on Ayurveda.
1330: Buffet Lunch.
1500-1700: Lectures on Ayurveda.
1900-2000: Cultural/Recreational program.
2000: Dinner. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 10 :
Rishikesh 1500-1700: Concluding session and award
of certificate.
Day 11 : Rishikesh- Haridwar-Delhi.
Breakfast at the hotel, guided tour of Rishikesh
visiting "Ashrams", temples and the holy river Ganges.
Lunch at the city restaurant. In time transfer to the
railway station to board Delhi bound Shatabdi Exp. Train.
Dinner on-board. Upon arrival transfer and overnight
stay at the hotel.
Day 12:
Morning city tour of New Delhi covering Birla Temple,
Lotus Temple, India gate, Parliament area/ Presidents
house, Qutab Minar, Humayun Tomb, Old Delhi and time
to indulge in some shopping. Lunch at city restaurant.
Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 13:
Early breakfast, drive to Agra. Upon arrival check into
the hotel. After lunch sightseeing of Agra city, visiting the
massive red fort and other places of tourist interest. Evening
visit some shopping malls of Agra famous for handicraft items.
Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 14:
Early morning visit to the Taj Mahal, one of the greatest
man made building , the monument of love. View the Taj
by sunrise. Return to the hotel after breakfast proceed
to Jaipur. Lunch en-route. Upon arrival to Jaipur check
into the hotel. Evening free. Dinner and overnight at
the hotel.
Day 15:
After breakfast full day sight seeing of Jaipur visiting
places of tourist interest, like the City Palace, The
Wind Palace, Zaveri Bazaar and visiting the carpet and
sculpture making factory. Evening free for shopping.
Farewell dinner with dance and music. Overnight at the
hotel.
Day 16:
After breakfast drive to Delhi. En-route visiting the
famous Amber Fort. Enjoy the elephant ride to visit
the fort. Lunch en-rout at mid-way restaurant. Upon
arrival to Delhi transfer to the International airport
for onward/return journey back home.
